Payment terms
Additional information
All catering orders must be sent to [email protected] or [email protected] at least one week prior to delivery. A quotation will be provided within 24 hours and must be confirmed no later than five days before the delivery date. Orders placed after this deadline may still be accommodated, subject to availability, but a 10% rush fee will apply.
An order is considered confirmed once payment of the quoted amount has been received, either by bank transfer or in person at any Lutetia café. Our banking details are listed below.
Please let us know if you would like your VAT number included on the invoice. The invoice will be issued once full payment has been received.
